In June of 2025, I was selected for a competitive, fully funded leadership summit sponsored by the National Rural Electric Cooperative Association, from an applicant pool of over 1800 student leaders from across the country.

Our cohort met with Congressional representatives and participated in policy discussions on civic and energy issues. We had the opportunity to strengthen leadership, communication, and advocacy skills through workshops and networking events.
